1. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your shipment, please contact TOFREIGHT as soon as possible. The cancellation terms are as follows:
- Before Dispatch: Cancellations requested before the shipment has been dispatched may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to any non-refundable fees (e.g., booking or handling fees).
- After Dispatch: Once a shipment has been dispatched, cancellations may not be possible, and refunds will not be issued. Any return shipment costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Note: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] to be processed.
2. Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Booking fees
- Customs clearance fees (if already processed)
- Warehousing and handling fees incurred prior to cancellation
These fees cover administrative costs and other expenses incurred by TOFREIGHT in processing your shipment.
3. Refund Eligibility and Processing
Refunds are issued based on the service level and timing of the cancellation request:
- Partial Refunds: If eligible, partial refunds will be issued for the cost of services not yet rendered.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 10-15 business days from the date of cancellation approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
4. Changes to Shipment Details
If you need to modify the details of your shipment (e.g., destination, weight, or dimensions) after booking, please contact us immediately. Additional fees may apply based on the nature of the requested changes, and refunds may not be available for changes that result in service downgrades.
5. Force Majeure
In case of delays or cancellations caused by force majeure events beyond TOFREIGHT’s control (e.g., natural disasters, political disruptions, strikes), refunds may not be possible. TOFREIGHT will work with you to find alternative solutions where possible, but we cannot guarantee full refunds in such circumstances.
